Pros

Great team building efforts. Local management makes a lot of effort to keep the continually growing team together and working as smoothly as possible. There is a balance of attention between keeping people happy at work and going after new business. A big open office plan which may not be suitable for everyone but works for me. A local women leadership structure which is a pleasant surprise and a change from the usual male dominated companies. A very multinational environment, half of the colleagues are from all over the world. There are a lot of young, bright people working here which sets a good base for future growth. On the contrary, most senior managers are very experienced and over 40 years old. There is an open door policy and your opinion is valued, as is of course working hard.

Kontras

Workflow may not be constant, depending on projects obtained. There could be a lot of travelling abroad, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There is a tendency to hire people from former work environments to higher positions.

Kontras

It is honestly difficult to identify significant downsides from my experience. The main tradeoff was that the company moved quickly, which sometimes meant changing priorities.

Pros

Friendly team, good pay, decent benefits, mostly the people I directly worked with.

Kontras

Company tried hard to grow too fast and lost all the great things it had going for it. Product quality took a hit. Became a revolving door and their top talent abandoned ship.
