The entire auto financing - or any other financial relationship is horrific! The motto of Exeter Financing is "Take the money" so the company earns money the old-fashioned way - they steal it - mostly from the most vulnerable class of consumers - those with credit issues or are unable to find financing elsewhere. Exeter Finance charges some of the highest interest rates allowed by law and every single company policy is at the detriment of its "customers". Exeter Finance is a predator financial institution and doing business with this company is at the peril and detriment of a consumer so beware - if Exeter Finance is the only co. willing to finance your vehicle walk away and keep looking. Execter Finance customer service employees are not well trained so information provided to customers is often inaccurate - especially when it really counts to be informed and every single policy is geared to enrich the company at the expense of its customers - in example when a customer requests a due date change and is eligible on the date of the request the request is by policy processed several days later and denied - and the customer is not informed except in calls demanding a "past due" payment. I have no more words for this despicable company other than doing business with Exeter Finance is a risk not worth taking. Period.. .
