Poor morale around the office since the acquisition in Dec 2016
There’s an obvious divide between those employees working hard and those who are lazy and distract others
- Great people, though many of those will not stay
- Innovative company

- Titles 'dumbed' down - Pure demotions all around. Only true opportunities presented is that to work your way back up to the title you were on to begin with.
- Employees forced to take subpar titles or risk being escorted off site and sacked.
- Remote line management will not allow for personal growth.
- Serious culture-clash with UK and US workers.
- 'Gag orders' on all staff to not share any negative feelings/views regarding ERT.
- Terrible leadership in HR Department. Complete lack of empathy and brown-noses Senior Management.
- Management will often spin lies to keep you quiet.
