Good for beginners with zero knowledge of software development but have a software background, they can grow and be market ready slowly as they make one go through alot of work after giving certain trainings. It might seem alot of work and pressure, but can be a blessing in disguise.

Supportive seniors. semi flexible timing. Majorly focus on work. gain experience in how to handle Project and Clients.

too much pressure for projects deadline. you have to handle your own full project. lunch time is only 30min. you have to work after office hours.
