There were some good people there during my time, but the good people always tend to leave.

Very bad management. 1. Company likes to overload their employees with work but does not pay OT 2. With more work, there is higher chance of performing an error. Even the smallest error at work would cause u a fine of $10 / error. 3. Everyone feels their pay is already very little, so they will push the blame around when an error is found to avoid getting fined. 3. Boss was not humble and likes to preach the concept of "make the rich richer and poor poorer through this concept of "fine". 4. Zero career advancement opportunities as that is family run business. All the higher positions are given to their internal family members.
