Exceda is a great company that values individual performance, input, and provides a fabulous environment to be creative and advance business skills and experience. It offers a true SMB environment where the Owners are a phone call away to lend advice and expertise and encourage out of the box thinking. If you are looking for an environment where your input means something and you can be a part of a growing business, Exceda will not disappoint you.

There really are no cons for me, but SMB is not for everyone.

This company has issues paying their employees on-time paycheck. They also have a hiring practice to hire full-time employees for a project, and when the management changes directions every 6 months, they let the new hires go and do not pay them their final wages.
