Management/HR is very unsupportive and cold. They’re all personal friends for the most part so if you aren’t part of the management clique you don’t matter. At this company it’s not about what you know or your work performance but rather who you know. If you’re close to anyone in management you’re automatically safe from being reprimanded because rules don’t apply to you and you’ll make more than employees that have the experience and knowledge. Huge double standards and favoritism.
