Corporate employee here. Company prides itself on having this great culture of openness and honesty. Don't fall for it. Everytable does not care about you or the hard work that you put in. There is no work life balance, the CEO has no clue what he is doing. I'm surprised that he hasn't been replaced yet. The average tenure at the company is less than 18 months. You will be given unrealistic goals and expectations and will only be setup for failure. There is zero prioritization so you're constantly struggling to understand what's important. Executive team gives no guidance and any guidance they give quickly changes on a whim. Zero focus, you have been warned, don't join you will be rung out and tossed out.
