Pros
-Flexible schedule -Fully stocked kitchen with fruit, snacks and drinks. -The occasional free catered breakfast or afternoon treat (i.e. starbucks delivered) -Great technology developed in-house for recruiting -Health Insurance is 100% paid for the individual -Very fun company events that are always held during company time (quarterly luncheons at -5-star resorts, annual Beach Bash for the whole family, etc.) -Awesome incentives to perform above and beyond, including bonuses. -Great support from management. This is not a revolving door type of sales environment. I generally receive great feedback from management and always get the feeling they are trying to HELP, not work me into the ground. This is important in a sales and service type of environment.
Kontras
I don't know of any Cons really. We receive great health benefits that are covered 100% for us as an individual but no % is covered for family members. You are hired knowing that this is commission only with a draw- so you know what you're getting yourself into.
