Kontras
The Base is a new concept to CyberCoders and it is below market value. The 50k base is what the draw used to be and that was installed over 10 years ago. 0 (zero) work life balance no matter what the managers sell you on. Overtime is to be expected. If you're looking to make 6 (six) figures you need to out produce others. As an interviewee, you have no choice in who your manager will be. The manager picks you, therefore there is no personality assessment to make sure that you're paired with a manager that is best fit for you and your style/need of work. Managers do take accounts away from you, so make sure to keep your personal clients on a tight leash. You have to bill over 400k in order to have an option or respect here at Cybercoders. Training is mediocre at best. Managers are soley promoted on production. Therefore, some managers don't actually have the management skills needed to lead a team. HR is #teamCyberCoders. If you go to them, they are looking for reasons to support the company and not the you the employee. From personal experience, complaints are intentionally not written down so that 'investigations can't be open'. High turnover everywhere.
