Favoritism is a huge problem. The "best" recruiters get the easiest reqs to work on. The "best" AM's have accounts handed to them and only have to maintain. It can also be a problem if the MD is never around so an AM "assumes" they are the boss, so now you have 2 or more "bosses"....
