      Exposure to several industry related materials and testing techniques. Good health plan for a single person. 401k match up to 7% Generally a good, small business.

      Small buisness growing pains. Low pay rate for the field. The company is small enough that a guaranty they know who wrote this review.

      Pros

      Director is supportive, he always catching up our task and willing to help when we have issues. The wage is at the average level for Dublin and the work life balance is good
