      Pros

      On a daily basis you get to learn a lot of new information, which keeps you busy, but interested in this job. So make sure you take a lot of notes! The staff is very friendly and always there for you to help, no matter what's your position, everybody treat each other equally. Also FUN, another important aspect of this company. The atmosphere in the office is always surrounded with laugh and positivity.

      I wouldn't necessarily call it a "con", but this job takes a lot of hard work. Work ethic is the biggest priority, like in any other company. Competition is always a challenge, however if you are willing to work hard, you will get awarded for it.

      Great basic customer service training and management training. Able to advance/ progress in a short period of time based on your dedication and commitment. Friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Professional and well dressed Fast growth

      Pros

      I've been working with Essential Innovations, Inc. for two months now and i love it here. We have a work hard play hard attitude and management is not afraid to roll u their sleeves and get to work. I get one on one training daily so i get to develop myself everyday.

      Building was hard to find at first but parking is across the street so that's good. Wish we had a coffee machine in the office.
