Their "in-house built" database/software systems are world class and well designed. Upper management is always fair and open to new ideas, everyone works hard to ensure their clients are satisfied with high-quality customer service. Many of the employees have worked there for years - a good sign.

The publishing industry is not growing so it is hard for the company to grow.
