* Like all big companies - They try to pay less and motivate people with other small things. * They give "chance and second chance" to everyone inorder to get "cheaper results" - That is bad because if one leader/manager fails 80% he will still have a chance to fail another department/team/project. This leads incompetent leadership thus failure in every other level and will impact all the others(involved) in a bad way.
