The people have great perseverance and determination to succeed. Friendly and very skilled, people will always help. There is lots of opportunity to learn new skills in new technology areas.

if you goals align with the company's then you can get it a lot of Ericsson. However Ericsson will also happily take advantage as well. Long project hours, and no rewards and compensation are common place. The attitude of management is that employees should be grateful they still have jobs. A lot of words have gone into the new high performance culture, but these are not backed up by sincerity.
