too much pressure for speed, innovation and too much administrative tasks for technical people, like obligatory knowledge sharing, sales opportunities identification and a proprietary certification program that is only valid internally. Basically the company operates like several companies (sales force, engineering, delivery, project management), each one struggling for its own profit no matter what it takes to get it. The tool supposedly used to identify weak areas in the company never shows the reality, because everyone is afraid to answer it truthfully and get fired because of that.
