International management team has persistent problems gaining traction in the US market. They are seriously challenged when it comes to recruiting and retaining the correct skillets and talent. Business development is mainly focussed on getting big deals, then fire or neglect people on the bench in between deals. People management and career management mostly absent due to lack of management people skills or interest. Negative and toxic behaviour is tolerated and sometimes even incentivised.
