Consumed with DEI not merit, 401K contributions stop for highly paid employees who run profitable programs. HR is not supportive of project management. Top management takes away PTO and decreases mileage reimbursement to increase profit. Work / Life balance is impossible to achieve, management calls can last 12 hours. IT is non supportive and only concerned with preserving IT jobs. Medical benefits are useless, it’s just Obamacare marketplace. Not an organization to have trust in supporting its employees.
