      - You get a macbook and a monitor to work

      - No work life balance - Micro management (They event notice the time you enter the office) - There is no team. Only individuals. - Feedbacks are just for the sake of it. - All the sprints have been off-track and still they would blame individuals rather than identifying and fixing the actual issue

      Learning growth Good Kickstart start to your career

      Too much micromanagement Every sprint is off track and individually everyone is targeted If sprint goes well then its team effort and if even one thing is slightly off then individually everyone will be blamed. People are not at all friendly too approach, they want respect as they consider themselves to be seniors and they will constantly remind you to respect them like sir/mam.
