Great direction on mission and vision. Bosses are nice and easily approach for any discussion. Also learning different point of view from the bosses to learn more on decision making.
Kontras
Culture is bad. Some employees are hard to work with. Feels like there is an inter department dispute which affects teamwork capability. Career advancement is there, however, it is not easy to climb due to the culture and mindset of the employees there.
