Good location. I don't know what else I can say that would be positive.

Wow, where do I start? Small-minded and extremely political "leadership" for the under 5000 employee sales team. Who died and made her God?? And the managers, OMG! They had a guy there who knew what he was doing but they ran him out. Senior management doesn't seem to have a clue about what's going on or they just don't care. Bottom line; if you have ANY other option, take it!

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
