Pros

Good benefits, getting time off and flexible work schedule, pay increase just about ever year

Kontras

some of the upper management dont know how to do thier job and then expect you do to it for them. You will get told 4 different things by teo different people. High level staff fail to understand the needs/knowledge of the people who actually do the "job" on a daily basis- those are the experts listen to them.

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
