Pros

Compensation is good, time off is flexible and the beneifts are good. There are some changes that have happened but it appears to be moving in a more positive direction.

Kontras

Lack of transparency from upper management is an issue. Additionally there is a clear deliniation between jobs and levels here. One certainly knows where one is in the pecking order. And sometimes it is quite uncomfortable.

Pros

Easy and straightforward application process. Seamless hiring experience with excellent communication throughout. Positive, supportive company culture that makes new employees feel welcome from day one.

Kontras

There is a learning curve when adapting to Google workspace, but the company provides plenty of training resources and support to help new employees get up to speed.

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Kontras

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
