Decent health coverage, good location, reasonable pay and starting PTO.
Kontras
People in support positions are told point blank they rank lower than sales/"revenue generating" positions and it results in a notable imbalance in treatment and resources. Compared to other local companies of the same size the benefits aren't near as good. Health insurance cost is much higher, less starting PTO, and no sick days to name a few.
