You will learn a lot about the industry and how the company makes their money. Offices are bright, open and comfortable

Not much employee perks unless your in upper management When applying for open positions within the company, managers notify each other once receiving your application(this is not permitted by HR). Which leads to strong possibility of being blocked for a position. Pay is below standard Upward movement is next to impossible Managers refuse to work with another team manager that hires a current employee from their team without asking them first.

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
