Kontras

The cafeteria at the Alpharetta campus could be a bit bigger (not a make or break topic though). :-) Since the company partners with United Way, I would like us to be more visible in our community outreach efforts; like more volunteering throughout the year, rather than a big push once a year.

Welcome to the team! Glad to hear your experience has been positive so far. We are continually improving our facilities, which include a new coffee shop and café at our Alpharetta campus. We also highly encourage community involvement and have a dollar-for-dollar company match on employee donations ranging from $50 to $10,000 made to eligible to 501 (C)(3) nonprofit organizations. Easy and straightforward application process. Seamless hiring experience with excellent communication throughout. Positive, supportive company culture that makes new employees feel welcome from day one.

Kontras

There is a learning curve when adapting to Google workspace, but the company provides plenty of training resources and support to help new employees get up to speed.

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
