Pros
Lots of flexibility and work-life balance is great most of the time. Great benefits. Most of the teams are great, but I've always heard that employee experiences vary greatly depending on which teams they are on. Excellent place to work if you need a place to add to some skills to your resume before you move on to a better place.
Kontras
Constant re-organization. The "bonus" plan is really just the same $500 every December if you're not in a leadership role (as far as I know). Lay-offs in the U.S. offices have started to happen more often now that the Bangalore office is up and running, with little to no advance notice and your work load does not indicate whether or not your position may be one of the ones to be off-shored.
