Pros

I worked with Triad great commitment to family, I worked with activant good company culture. Saw Epicor take over and corporate take precedence.

Kontras

Employee loyalty and commitment not rewarded. Top workers and performers shown the door. Older workers shown the door, workers with disabilities shown the door. In other words if you are fiscal liability you shown the door.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.
