Food is free for employees working in Night Shift. AC Cabs - 2 ways - if logging in after 4PM. Night Shift Allowance - Rs 500. Work-Life Balance - Work from Home, Work Environment, Cab & Transport Facility, Work Area Facilities

Careful with what you are told about your job requirement and future plans, most of it would turn out to be lies and might be asked to do something else. The local management is only worried about hiring and firing. Last few months 25+ people have left/fired from various teams that i work with. A 200+ head count center - Attrition is very high. You might be asked to stop coming to office suddenly many have already had this experience. People are leaving as they are given false promises - but fat pay checks. Join for Money if you want but careful career building opportunities are very limited to the tune of being NONE. Training is non existent mainly driven by videos. The company is only close to 2 yrs old in india but management boosts the company is 30-40 yrs old lineage but hardly have anything concrete in place. Policies don't exist or not clear - and rarely followed even if defined. Punctuality is none existent. Salary disparity is huge for the same work experience and skills with-in the teams. Hike is not great too. No Flexi Hours, Quality of Work, Very Limited Onsite Opportunities, Almost no Career Growth, Limited Training and Development

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
