Pros

The pay and benefits for a recent grad will likely be the best that you'll get to start a career. The health insurance coverage is phenomenal and reasonably priced. The pay level is enough that you can afford live comfortably in Madison/Verona while still being able to save a bit and pay off student loans, so for that, I have to give Epic an A. Each employee is given an office with a closing door that can be shared with one other employee. This is extremely helpful when working with customers and taking phone calls.

Depending on who you're working with, your experience can really suffer. Not matching up correctly with either your team lead (boss) or your managers can really make the day to day grind painful There isn't an easily accessible form to document that you'd like to switch to a different team lead/manager, so some employees just have to struggle with not meshing well with their supervisors. The work weeks can be VERY stressful - sometimes/frequently exceeding 70-80 hours per week, depending on your project leadership. For someone who just started a new job, this equates to having very little time to have your own life outside of work and a VERY high turnover rate. While other companies try to hold onto employees that are struggling in order to find the best fit for them, you must either do well in your job or be asked to resign. With so many applications coming in each year, employees (especially those with shorter tenure) are unvalued and seen as expendable. As the company gets bigger and bigger, this is unlikely to change.
