Pros
People are really smart and generally fun. Meaningful work - doing something that truly makes a difference with patient care. Culture is fun. Very pleasant to come to work every day - the campus is amazing and it's a very comfortable work environment. More opportunities for meaningful work/leadership earlier than at many other companies.
Kontras
Flat structure is good and bad - not a lot of hierarchy but also can mean limited leadership opportunities once you get to a certain point (the longer you've been here/the further you are in leadership roles) There can at times be a lot of work and a lot of travel. After a while you can control the travel quite a bit though.
