Teleworked through the first 2 years under a good section supervisor, had no issues with Maxiflex schedule i.e. flexible hours, new administration and updated union policies which make it easier to collectively bargain for better benefits

Lots of brain drain with folks retiring or moving to remote work and not being accessible to employees working in-office, very uninspiring and dull physical office space
