Entity is in a growth phase that is amazing to be a part of. They offer remote positions. The company and everything that is presented is 100% honest and transparent. Entity's mission is to empower woman as they go through the program, they also offer growth opportunities and empowerment to the employees. The co-workers are all amazing! Spencer the admissions manager is friendly, easy to talk to, and a very efficient leader. He spends quality 1 on 1 time genuinely trying to help you improve. He is very good at dedicating his attention to helping you and then moving on to the next task. I never felt my managers stress. This is a fun job, that feels good to be a part of. There is a ton of support, so all you need to be successful is a good attitude and willingness to learn and ask questions.

Growing pains are normal for a company that is growing so fast. The technical issues seem to be resolved quickly. Dylan somehow manages to see every request and handle them amazingly quick. Like I stated previously, the co-workers are amazing.
