No raises, and pretty mean customers

Unlimited popcorn and soda throughout the day. Two free movie passes each week. Getting movie posters. Making friends with the people you work with.

The management that was there when I first worked their was amazing. But as the years went by, it got horrible. They make you do any job they can think of thats not part of your duty. They want you busy all day long and dont want you just standing there. Don't keep your hopes up for a raise. During the summer, if it's your day off, expect a call from them asking you to come in.
