- Management / Directors, are not worried with they employees, they are not worried about how the employees are feeling, they are not worried if they are doing good work or not, they just worry about micromanagement.
- Excessive micromanagement from the leadership
- Minimum errors are bold highlighted, however, great achievements, don't even receive a "thank you"
- Leadership say you have freedom to work, but that is not true, the micromanagement is so excessive, that you have to do everything so strictly following exactly step by step in the way that they tell you.
