I was transferred from a great health system to this awfully ran company. Benefits are expensive and barely cover anything with high deductibles. No 401k match etc. PTO is somewhat generous, but constantly denied. Every second of your day must be tracked. Grown adults are treated like children. This company is the definition of micromanagement. Constant structural changes and last minute meetings. I have had 4 different supervisors in 5 months. Morale is beyond low. They don’t care about quality work they only care about the numbers. Their motto is “people first last and always,” but the workloads are worse than a sweatshop. Would love to use a PTO day that I’ve earned, but nobody is ever approved to use it. Work from the United States is being transferred overseas. Everyday I think it can’t get worse, but they send urgent meetings with no notice and deliver bad news.
