Anything and everything you can think of not to work somewhere…. England Logistics does it. Bad management. Poor executive leadership direction. Micro managing, broken, outdated systems. Literally no investment back into their products or talent. The commission structure is absolutely trash in every department. While you are a slave generating revenue, the executives enjoy their cushy salaries off the backs of account executives. Absolutely no loyalty. Atlanta, and Detroit offices are full of monkeys that steal leads and have absolutely terrible managers that wouldn’t survive 1 day working at McDonald’s they’re so incompetent.
