Good accountability and have frequent regular meetings. Always looking for ways to improve but hate to find issues. Feel like you are the one that is guilty when something is wrong or found isn't working correctly.

No feedback, high turnover. Accountability is good but is often pushed too far. They need to reward all accomplishments not just margin, focus on issues for possible improvements not sticks to beat with.
