If you're looking for a place to start your career and you can tough it out for a few years while showing results it's not a bad choice. After that you'll already be ready to move on.

No non-monetary recognition, your "voice" will never be heard, all of the benefits are terrible. They never let off the gas pedal. When you look at the faces of England employees you'll notice that they are tired and disgruntled. The company has a higher than normal turnover rate among Account Managers (sales). Every support department is understaffed and overworked. Although the company grew remarkable over the time I was there they also cut commissions in most departments.
