Pros

Sky is the limit if you are a billable staff member. Pay and bonus is driven by your book of business.

Kontras

Growth of the Company outpaced training and developing managers. Unfair and inconsistent philosophy applied by management based on an employees billable status or if they are valued by leadership. If you are valued by leadership then the sky is the limit, and in some cases on the back of others.

Flexible work schedule Supportive and welcoming culture Good compensation structure Highly experienced and available mentors For a self-motivated consultant interested in forensic work, this is an excellent company to build and grow your skills and practice.

Kontras

Frequent travel. Occasional needs for weekend work. Intense litigation environment. All the cons can be effectively managed by someone skilled with boundaries and separating their work from personal life.

Pros

The benefits are decent if you don't have any health issues

Kontras

They HEAVILY play favorites, especially on the admin side. If you're not one, it's a living hell. They say it's an "open door" policy, but it's not. No one is responsive to feedback and we were told to "suck it up". Constantly denied sick days and time off request for doctors appointments. It's also supposed to be hybrid, but unless you're a favorite, it doesn't happen
