Pros
The drafters and designers at Engenium are all great people who all share an idea of wanting to have a company that is different and better.
Kontras
Leadership has been spiraling since mass layoffs in Q2 2025; burnout is often acknowledged with no changes ever announced. The CEO only surrounds himself with Yesmen who never actually change anything. Rumblings of discontent from senior level admin folks, to fresh juniors, to everyone in between all recognize company leadership is completely out of its depth, turning callous, and is on a floundering sinking ship.
Any idea of this company being a small, boutique firm where anyone can succeed died when they moved into a state of the art office and pushed a vocalized idea from management to keep expanding exponentially to be the 'best MEP firm in the world'. Leadership is clearly focused on becoming a 'globally recognized' company rather than taking care of the employees that are currently there. Everyone's always burned out, projects are get shoved out the door often with minimal to no QC review or internal coordination, and I can't remember the last time anyone internal has said a single thing good about management. Company culture has become so corporitized that the entire firm falls under cronyism: the idea that only those who are friends with the CEO get career opportunities and no one else.
