Toxic leadership culture that deflects blame onto middle management instead of owning systemic issues. Constant turnover — strong people leave or are pushed out, and poor leadership remains. Roles are poorly defined; people are frequently hired without clear needs in mind and then overloaded or mismanaged. Fertility division leadership at the top level is especially problematic — demoralizing and dragging down the whole team.
