Enform is now Energy Safety Canada (a merger of Enform and OSSA). Not-for-profit focused on the health and safety of individuals in the oil and gas sector. Small enough company that it is not riddled with bureaucracy, instead fosters an environment that supports change and empowers the right people to get it done. Excellent benefits package. Great work-life balance.

New leadership is creating some unknowns. Disconnects with the six industry associations that created Enform. Small company, creates limited growth opportunities.

Great employees who are very concerned with the safety of their fellow employees. Great advancement offered.

Indecisiveness throughout management in what is expected/required of employees to do their job effectively. No clear guidance given in order to complete the job requested. Too many meetings with little accomplishments obtained. Downturn in industry prompted layoffs and cutbacks of benefits.
