You will be made fun of whether you like it or not. This organization is full of hypocrites, they can dish it, but they cannot take it. On a daily basis they belittled and made fun of me (and each other). It is a very immature and unprofessional environment. It is low pay for the amount of work you put into it. If you are working 10 hour days you expected to be paid accordingly, not be thrown under the bus. Don't expect to see your family much if you accept a position here.
