The best reason is that ESG is well-positioned in a great field. The company holds a yearly meeting that all employees attend.

Since I was working virtually instead of at an office, I sometimes felt isolated from my co-workers. Another downside is that the culture is somewhat older. Also, the headquarters is in a small town in Indiana, which is somewhat difficult to get to for business trips compared to a major hub.
