Nonexistent work culture and environment to the point where I was say negative culture. Death by micromanagement!! have to hold upper management hand through out my tenure. Upper management doesn’t have a clue of what entails to job position just want monetary results. Strange relationship between CEO and CFO cringe worthy moments of over the top, oddly noticeable tension not a professional relationship. Major major financial issues that causes upper management to act erratically that’s another key indicator of micromanagement. Very cliquish work environment which is detrimental to the company,No real leaders just bosses. Company has potential to be great, but ownership fails to see that. How to advance in this company be family or at best throw colleagues under the bus that’s what type of work culture this company is. I’ve toss tons of bodies intentionally just to stir the pot and was rewarded for it.
