Working at Enegren Technology has been a really positive experience. The team is friendly and supportive, and the work environment feels balanced. Expectations are clear and reasonable, and there is a genuine concern for maintaining a work-life balance.

One small downside is the PTO—it’s a bit limited compared to what some other companies offer. It’s not a major issue but having a few more days would definitely make a difference.

This is the second MSP I have worked for in Wichita, and I can tell you, the work environment is far superior to my former employer. They foster a family work environment, and I feel like a valued member of the team. I do not have to struggle with issues; the other team members are there to lend a hand. I can trust management to follow up with what they implement, and I am never left in the dark about why changes have been made.

I was hired as a Tier 2 tech, but we've recently changed our support structure. The change has been a challenge to someone who was used to doing things in a certain way. As I adapt to the new support structure, I find that work is both more challenging and more rewarding.
