Benefits package is very good, lots of vacation days (which is only a good thing if you're in a group where you're able to use them all).
Kontras
Pay is not up to market standards (which the company recognizes), management is clueless, advancement opportunities are almost non-existent, especially if you're not Canadian. IT is prone to huge errors on every rollout, HR group is terrible.
