Fair Pay, Underwhelming Co-workers, Heavy Politics - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Enbridge: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Nearly half of my coworkers appeared to be not engaged and/or feeling like they deserved more compensation (go figure). My time at other companies suggest they are over compensated and/or just lazy but that is my opinion. They seem to always talk about who just got promoted but shouldn’t have, or they talk about other teams and their “should be” responsibilities. This tells me they have alot of time for office politics.
